| Principle | Our Commitment at Aangi Investments |
|---|---|
| 1. Integrity & Ethical Conduct | We maintain the highest standards of personal and professional ethics in all dealings
with investors, Asset Management Companies, Registrar & Transfer Agents, and
regulatory authorities at all times. We will never engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices of any nature. All investor communications are honest, accurate, and complete. |
| 2. No Splitting of Investor Applications | We never split investor applications to earn higher transaction charges or commissions.
Each investor transaction is processed accurately and as a single transaction reflecting
the investor's actual intention. Splitting of applications is a regulatory violation under AMFI guidelines and SEBI regulations. We strictly prohibit this practice. |
| 3. Accurate KYC & Application Processing | All investor personal details, KYC information, and application forms are filled
accurately and completely. We never tamper with, alter, or submit false documentation of
any kind. We ensure that all application forms are filled by investors themselves or under their direct supervision. No pre-signed or blank forms are accepted. |
| 4. Valid NISM Certification & EUIN | All personnel conducting Mutual Fund transactions hold valid NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund
Distributor certifications and Employee Unique Identification Numbers (EUINs) as
required by AMFI regulations. EUIN is recorded on every transaction. Certifications are renewed before expiry. No transactions are processed by uncertified staff. |
| 5. KYD (Know Your Distributor) Compliance | We maintain full compliance with AMFI's KYD (Know Your Distributor) norms at all times.
ARN registration details, contact information, and business details are updated promptly
at every renewal and whenever changes occur. ARN is renewed before expiry. All changes in firm details are communicated to AMFI within the prescribed timelines. |
| 6. No Mis-Selling or Misrepresentation | We never mis-sell, conceal material risks, or misrepresent any Mutual Fund scheme or
financial product to investors. Investor interest is always placed above our commercial
considerations and commission income. Every recommendation is based on the investor's documented risk profile, financial goals, and investment horizon — never on commission rates received from AMCs. |
| 7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance | We collect all required KYC documents and conduct AML checks as mandated under the
Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 (PMLA) and SEBI / AMFI AML guidelines before
processing any investor transaction. Suspicious transactions are reported as required. We maintain all KYC records for the minimum prescribed period of 8 years. |
| 8. Full Regulatory Cooperation | We cooperate fully and promptly with AMCs, AMFI, SEBI, IRDAI, and all other regulatory
and statutory authorities at all times. All regulatory requests, queries, and
inspections are responded to within prescribed timelines. We maintain all records as required by regulatory authorities and make them available on request without delay. |
| 9. Commission Clawback Compliance | We promptly refund commissions to Asset Management Companies in all clawback situations
as prescribed by SEBI and AMFI regulations. Commission clawbacks are processed without
delay or dispute. We maintain records of all transactions to facilitate accurate clawback calculations and do not attempt to avoid legitimate clawback obligations. |
| 10. Investor Education & Awareness | We actively promote investor awareness and financial literacy. We encourage all
investors to read scheme-related documents carefully before investing, understand the
risks associated with their investments, and make informed investment
decisions. We conduct Investor Awareness Programmes (IAPs) as part of our commitment to AMFI's investor education mandate. We share educational content regularly with our investor community. |
