2. Nature of Services — MFD, Not an Investment Adviser
Aangi Investments provides the following services as a licensed intermediary:
- Facilitating purchase, redemption, and switch of Mutual Fund units on behalf of investors
- Providing general financial information and educational content for investor awareness
- Providing financial calculators and planning tools for illustrative and educational purposes
- We do NOT provide personalised investment advice as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations 2013
- We do NOT hold SEBI RIA registration and do NOT act as an Investment Adviser
- We do NOT guarantee returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any investment
- We do NOT provide legal, tax, or accounting advice
- We do NOT facilitate Direct Plan investments — we deal in Regular Plans only
3. No Guaranteed Returns — Mandatory Risk Disclosure
- Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks — please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing
- Past performance of any Mutual Fund scheme does not guarantee future returns
- The NAV of Mutual Fund units may go up or down based on market conditions

- Aangi Investments does not guarantee any returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any investment

9. Investor Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information
- You must read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing in any Mutual Fund scheme
- You must complete KYC formalities before any investment transaction
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and transaction details
- You must promptly inform Aangi Investments of any change in your financial situation, risk profile, or contact details
- You are responsible for meeting your tax obligations arising from investments made through Aangi Investments
- You must not share your folio number, account details, or transaction history with unauthorized persons
10. Commission Disclosure
Aangi Investments receives trailing commission from AMCs on Regular Plan Mutual Fund investments. This commission is part of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) and is not an additional charge to investors.

- The exact commission earned by Aangi Investments on your investments is visible in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS)
- Aangi Investments does not receive any non-cash benefits, gifts, or incentives from any AMC
- All recommendations are based on investor suitability — never on commission rates
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA 2023). 12. Amendments to Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered investors via email. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
13. Termination
Aangi Investments reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law
- Is harmful to other users, Aangi Investments, AMCs, or any third party
- Involves fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities
Termination does not affect your existing investment positions, which remain with the respective AMCs independent of Aangi Investments.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For investor grievances related to Mutual Fund transactions, the following regulatory escalation applies: Aangi Investments GRO → Concerned AMC → AMFI IGRC (1800-270-7000) → SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) → SMART ODR (smartodr.in).
